United noted that its business travel and other more expensive fares sales are increasing.
Revenue from corporate passengers increased 13 percent in February and sales of premium seats on international flight increased 25 percent.
Total consolidated revenue passenger miles rose 2 percent in February with a drop of over 5 percent in available seat miles compared to the same month in 09.
United estimated that weather related cancellations in February from severe weather on the East coast cut into February revenue by about $40 million.
