Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites Modernizing

Travelers who enjoy staying in discount hotel rooms and purchasing cheap vacation packages will be pleased to hear that the 2,600 Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites locations worldwide are going to be updating their hotels giving them a more contemporary look that in many ways has a Pottery Barn feel.

Similar to the Holiday Inn brand overhaul over the last few years, the update of the Comfort brands includes changes that customers will notice as soon as they enter the hotel until check out:

Hotel exteriors will receive a new signature entry with warm inviting lighting.

Lobbies will be filled with contemporary furnishings that can be easily moved along with dark wood look flooring. A fireplace, business centre, and free Wi-Fi will be in each lobby. In new Comfort Suites, there will be a two story lobby with a convenience shop and improved fitness center.

When checking in, guests will see a new front desk and behind it a welcome wall that features an earthy stone.

The rooms in Comfort Inns will have neutral tones with contemporary, jewel tone accent colors. Bathrooms will have a spa feel. Flat screen TVs will be included. New Comfort Suites rooms will be more plush with larger showers, sectional sleeper sofas and ottomans, and in-room refrigerators and microwaves. Beds will come with white triple sheeting. Headboards will have wall sconces, electrical outlets, and individually controlled LED reading lights.

The purpose of these updates according to Comfort is to provide guests with an environment that truly feels like a home away from home. www.cheapfares.com
